Salary: OTE 35000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

We are working with a highly regarded independent Estate and Lettings Agency with a strong presence across Hampshire. Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator for their busy branch in Fareham.
This is a mainly office-based role with occasional opportunities to conduct property viewings at the weekend. Its ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential property sales within a supportive and forward-thinking company.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in residential property sales strong local market knowledge and the drive to exceed targets. If youre ambitious customer-focused and ready to take the next step in your career this could be the perfect fit.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Handling residential property sales from initial enquiry through to completion
- Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
- Supporting the progression of sales and negotiations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Promoting the agencys services professionally and effectively
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Solid experience in residential property sales
- Local market knowledge of Fareham and surrounding areas
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Target-driven with a competitive edge
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and positive confident attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
- High standard of spoken and written English
- Ability to work well under pressure
