We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Front Desk Coordinator to oversee operations across 5-6 offices in the Connecticut and Rhode Island region and performs front desk duties coverage for locations as needed. This is a stepping stone to leadership role that blends direct patient-facing responsibilities with team oversight training and site coordination. The Senior FD Coordinator ensures high-quality front desk operations standardization across locations and provides on-the-ground support for staff and leadership.

Days & Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
Key Responsibilities:
SENIOR/LEAD & Oversight (Multi-Site)
Serve as the front desk team lead across assigned locations.
Ensure consistent front desk workflows processes and service standards across all sites.
Partner with clinic directors to review performance and identify training needs that need to be addressed.
Escalate behavioral concerns or unresolved patient/staff issues to leadership/administrator.
Provide low-level resolution of patient complaints; escalate when necessary.
Staffing & Coverage
Ensure adequate front desk coverage is maintained at all times.
Flex personal schedule to assist with last-minute coverage due to PTO or sick leave.
Maintain and do FD functions and duties for approx 30 hrs a week.
Training & Development
Train and onboard new front desk hires as assigned.
Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins with front desk team members at each site.
Promote standardization of training workflows and best practices across sites.
Administrative Duties ( Approximately 10 hours/week)
Review and submit timecards weekly (Fridays) for front desk staff.
Hold weekly touchpoints (3060 minutes) with assigned regional leader for updates and support.
Coordinate regular feedback sessions with clinic leadership on front desk performance.
Address operational questions and provide on-the-ground support throughout the week.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of front desk or administrative experience in a healthcare or multi-site clinic setting.
Exceptional communication organizational and problem-solving skills and people skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple responsibilities across locations.
Willingness to travel within assigned CT/RI region as needed.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job the staff member is frequently required to walk stand; sit; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The staff member can regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision and depth perception.
