Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with our highly skilled Sales and Account Management teams this key position will see you coordinating the delivery of a broad range of vehicles. Collaborating with our wide network of suppliers and dealers you will play a key role in helping our customers to drive away in their new cars on time and stress free.

Based at our well-appointed Bella Vista office your days will be varied and see you managing the entire process including:

  • Coordinating all vehicle order and delivery processes
  • Liaising with sales teams and dealerships to facilitate efficient delivery
  • Communicating with customers in relation to delivery details addressing any questions
  • Ensuring vehicle delivery and settlement documentation and records are accurate up to date and minimising any delays.
  • Providing first class customer service resolving any issues or problems and ensuring complete satisfaction with the vehicle delivery process


Skills And Experiences

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered you will:

  • Have a genuine passion for excellent customer service committed to getting the best outcomes for our clients and customers
  • Demonstrate a disciplined and organised approach to work and motivated to ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Show a keen eye for detail and accuracy and an outstanding approach to problem solving
  • Be able to work independently whilst also enjoy collaborating as part of a team
  • Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy building effective long-term internal and external relationships
  • Proficiently use MS Office Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Confidently approach learning new skills and processes

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
