The Client

The Role
Join their Corporate Advisory Team and take responsibility for a team of experienced consultants. Work closely with the corporate advisory partners and work on a range of transactions including valuations and expert reports as well as IPOs M&As Due Diligence and Financial Modelling.
Your Duties
- Perform analysis of financial information contributing to the content of reports and advice documents
- Prepare and review business and financial models
- Prepare business proposals and conduct initial drafting of documents and sections
- Provide advice to clients through written reports
- Be responsible for a team of consultants (reviews KPI tracking budget workflow)
The Applicant
- 5 years experience in Corporate Advisory & Corporate Transactions
- Post graduate qualification such as CA/CPA/CFA
- Strong understanding of technical issues such as changes to legislation valuations and accounting standards
- Technology strong with experience using Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to conduct research by using S&P Capital IQ IBIS World and SAI Global
