Job Overview:

The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a customer service professionalto be part of our Provider Enrollment unit. The Provider Enrollment unit provides support technical guidance and complaint resolution to Ohio Medicaid providers.

As a Customer Service Assistant 1 in the Office of Operations Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) your responsibilities will include:

Compensation is as listed on the posting unless required by legislation or union contract.

Travel required as needed. Must provide own transportation. Or in order to operate a state vehicle you must have a valid drivers license from state of residence.
