Job Description
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy across the product domain
- Solve high-complexity problems in systems design scalability and observability
- Work cross-functionally with product and design to align technology with real user needs
- Lead design reviews architecture discussions and technical deep-dives
- Coach and mentor engineers across teams helping them level up in both craft and impact
- Contribute to a high-trust high-autonomy engineering culture through documentation feedback and collaboration
- Help shape how Mews engineers build ship and operate software at scale
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- Deep experience in long-term product development: youve built and evolved complex customer-facing software over multiple years not just short-term delivery or agency work
- A strong architectural and technical foundation with hands-on coding ability and system-level thinking
- Experience owning outcomes: from roadmap input to quality reliability and operational excellence
- A track record of shaping engineering culture and raising the bar for others
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across product design and engineering
- Curiosity pragmatism and a high bar for both technical craft and user value
