Tasks
Lead the development of AI-powered visibility analytics products.
Own the roadmap
Collaborate closely with AI engineers product designers and UX teams to shape delightful user-facing features.
Define and communicate clear product requirements and specs.
Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for innovation.
Work with cross-functional teams to drive product delivery from 01.
Track and analyze product success metrics to guide future iterations.
Participate in user testing research and product discovery loops.
Requirements
- 28 years as a full-stack engineer (hands-on coding shipping features)
- Must-have: TypeScript React (expert-level)
- Nice-to-have: GCP Firebase (Firestore Auth Cloud Functions Tasks Scheduler) Tailwind CSS
shadcn/ui OpenAI/Claude/Perplexity/Gemini/Llama APIs Cursor tool
- End-to-end project ownership (prototype ship optimize scale)
- Startup or founder experience (especially 01 stage)
- Worked at YC-backed or Tier 1 VC-backed companies (Sequoia a16z Accel Atomico Lightspeed etc.)
- Active GitHub (>2000 commits/year) or notable open-source contributions
- Polished deployed side projects / high HackerRank/LeetCode scores
- Relentless work ethic competitiveness bias for action
Benefits

Schedule: Weekdays: 9:00 AM 9:00/10:00 PM in-office; Some weekend work (remote)
Salary: 75k 140k equity (0.1% 0.3%)
