Job Description

Join our growing team


We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to play a crucial role in supporting our service team in our Connellsville office. The Delivery & Installation Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of receiving scheduling and coordinating the delivery and installation of copy machines. This role involves working closely with the delivery team vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service. The coordinator will also monitor pending vendor orders to ensure prompt shipping and release.


Responsibilities:


Coordinate and schedule delivery and installation of copy machines with internal delivery teams and customers.

Receive incoming shipments of copy machines from vendors.

Track and follow up on pending orders from vendors to ensure timely shipping and release.

Work closely with vendors to resolve delays and expedite shipments.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries installations and pending shipments.

Communicate effectively with sales service and admin teams to align delivery timelines.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure staging of equipment for upcoming installations.

Prepare and distribute daily delivery and installation schedules to relevant teams.

Provide support to the delivery team and troubleshoot scheduling or equipment issues as needed.

Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating seamless and timely deliveries.




Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in logistics business or related field preferred.

Previous experience in logistics coordination scheduling or copier industry preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
