Title: Fulfillment Specialist
Classification: Non-Exempt
Salary: $47000 year
Scope of Position
Overall responsibility to process all system-wide referrals in a timely manner request employer feedback ensure placements and partner with other BSRs to maintain employer relationships.
Screen all candidate applications and provide quality referrals to employers by understanding the employers requirements
Partner closely with other Engagement BSR attend relevant employer meetings and host employer information sessions/recruitment events.
Ensure quality customer service to employers resulting in high employer satisfaction with services received to increase continuous service use by employers
Provide meaningful staff assistance to employers in posting jobs managing for fulfillment the jobs that are listed as quickly as possible and maintaining referral quality control to increase the referral-to-hire ratio
Essential Functions
Manage all incoming referrals from the 4 CareerLink locations including pre-screening based on specific employer expectations/requirements
Provide pre-screening feedback to PA CareerLink employees through CWDS status updates
Follow-up on employer services to identify placement outcomes
Maintain applicants on CWDS job postings to properly source candidate resumes and relevant experience
Perform initial and follow-up client visits as necessary
Interface with other company departments and employees
Partner with PA CareerLink Job Matchers in effort to promote and screen referrals from TANF WIOA and Universal caseloads
Arrange for and coordinate in-center hiring events for prescreened center talent
Represent PA CareerLink at conferences meetings and selected social functions as required
Follow up with PA CareerLink employees to ensure that client expectations are met
Enter employer information into CWDS and Executive Pulse and monitor employer activities
Inform employers regarding OJT process and benefits
Educate customers about WIOA Labor Exchange training and other CareerLink services
Complete WIOA and Labor Exchange paper and CWDS applications
Meet performance criteria on a weekly monthly and annual basis
Coach and refer job seekers to upskilling opportunities within the system
Responsible for data tracking of every service provided and utilization of the state system of record CWDS as well as the team-wide reporting platform.

Education and Experience Requirements
Marketing and sales experience preferred.
Customer service experience required.
Must be comfortable making presentations to large groups of people.
Must be flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and expectations
Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications Word Excel PowerPoint Teams Sharepoint.
Bachelors Degree required
Valid Drivers License required
