The Account Manager Opportunity:

Have you gained experience as a Recruitment Agency Recruiter and/or an Internal Talent Acquisition Partner and wanting to explore a potentially more fulfilling diverse and rewarding opportunity This role could be exactly what youre looking for! We are seeking an experienced recruiter/talent acquisition partner whos looking to transition into an Account Management role.

The Account Manager role is a pivotal role within our organisation responsible for managing a number of Martian Logics key enterprise accounts. This exciting career pivot will enable you to fully utilise your technology skill-sets and exceptional people skills.

Your key responsibilities will be a hybrid of increasing & retaining revenue within your customer accounts as well as developing new business accounts. This is a high touch role most of your energies will be focussed on liaising with key SLTs/ELTs typically HR Directors CPOs CIOs etc.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5 years experience gained as an agency recruiter and/or an internal talent acquisition partner wishing to explore a new and exciting challenge (whilst still remaining within the talent/people & culture sector)

  • You are very comfortable communicating/presenting to c-suite executives you have an innate ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships

  • You are commercially savvy and youre often recognised for your superior commercial/business acumen

  • Ability to plan and forecast creating a clear business strategy aimed at expanding & retaining your designated customer accounts

  • Key characteristics and personality traits should include self-motivation energetic drive hunger to learn/further develop your skill-sets creative solutions driven mindset tenacious and resilient

*Please note there will be interstate travel required at times.

  • Salary dependent on experience between $120000-$150000 super (OTE circa $200000-$250000). Uncapped commissions.
