The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Corporate Investigator to join the Law and Global Compliance organization in Renton WA or Everett WA.
The selected candidate will lead a team of professional investigators responsible for conducting enterprise-wide investigations. Responsibilities include developing investigative plans coordinating with key stakeholders and collecting physical electronic and testimonial evidence. In this role you will analyze data assess credibility draw conclusions report findings and provide recommendations focused on risk mitigation and operational improvements. This position also oversees case management prioritization and the progression of the teams collective caseload.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct significant highly sensitive and high-profile global compliance investigations and/or oversee the quality review and execution of investigations and case management activities at the enterprise level
Execute and/or oversee case prioritization and the efficient use of investigative resources to enhance investigator productivity
Oversee the execution and integration of investigation and case management metrics across the enterprise to support business partner engagements Ethics strategic initiatives operational improvements and risk mitigation
Brief stakeholders (e.g. Reporting Party Human Resources Management Ethics) periodically on case status and relevant findings during the investigation on a need-to-know basis as determined by the sensitivity of the investigation or as mandated by the Boeing Law Department
Strengthen investigative partnerships with Ethics Human Resources Law Quality Safety and other departments through alignment and a shared understanding of joint investigations
Enhance the companys anti-retaliation efforts by identifying and investigating retaliatory behaviors and reassuring investigative participants of anti-retaliation protections
Oversee data collection and analysis recommend operational and risk mitigation improvements to leadership and implement these improvements
Oversee the development of new investigations and ethics-based programs tools and strategies
Consult on key strategic initiatives
Mentor and train other investigators to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Create and present specialized training content to the Corporate Investigations team and partners/stakeholders
Assist in reducing the likelihood of future wrongdoing by identifying remediation opportunities.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
10 years of experience conducting complex investigations and managing the investigative process including conducting interviews collecting data and facts preparing concise and accurate reports and analyzing data to identify trends and discrepancies
10 years of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
5 years of experience leading investigative teams and/or leading initiatives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10 years of experience leading investigative teams and/or leading initiatives
Experience as a subject matter expert in effectively communicating case status and relevant findings to stakeholders during investigations
Advanced degrees such as a Masters or Juris Doctor (JD)
Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) certification and/or other ethics and compliance certifications
