Job Description
Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice is seeking a motivated Hospice Operations Director to join our team in Horsham PA. This office provides best in class care to hospice clients in their homes.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm EST in person.

Responsibilities for a Director
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care
- Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with employees referral sources and community resources while growing the office
- Responsible forthe management and operations of the office including business development budgeting planning recruiting and fiscal management
- Monitor the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by your staff to ensure compliance and client satisfaction while ensuring adequate staff education training and evaluation
Qualifications for a Director:
- At least 2years proven progressive health care management experience
- Bachelors degree required
- BSN degree preferred
- Hospice Home Health or Home Care strongly preferred
- Demonstrate record of goal achievement and successfully taking on increased responsibility with positive results
