A Day in the Life

Medtronic is seeking a Quality Technician III to join our team in Danvers MA. This role is ideal for someone with strong microscope-based inspection experience and a solid grasp of Microsoft Excel for documentation. Youll be supporting one-time builds and custom product inspections playing a key role in ensuring quality and compliance in the development of new products.

Schedule: Day Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (8 hour shifts with negotiable start time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailedmicroscope inspectionsof tubing and related components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform a variety ofqualitative and quantitative testson samples including non-conformance testing of manufactured packaged or tested products.
• Accuratelydocument inspection resultsand quality data usingExceland other Microsoft Office tools.
• Supportcustom and one-time buildsby ensuring quality assurance protocols are followed.
• Maintain and certifytest instruments and apparatus ensuring proper function and calibration.
• Reviewproduction recordsfor procedural compliance and preparequality reports and statistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold and continuously improve quality standards.

Minimum Requirements (Must Have!)

• 4 years related work experience including 2 years experience in a quality inspection or technician role.
• Proficiency inmicroscope inspectiontechniques.
• Strong skills inMicrosoft Exceland general Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in aregulated manufacturing environment(e.g. medical device biotech aerospace).
• Familiarity withGMPISO 13485 or similar quality standards.
• Previous experience as aQuality Control Team Leador in a leadership capacity.
• Background infinal inspectionorpublic controlroles.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$58000.00 - $87000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
