Position: Contact Centre Agent (Dutch English)

Location: Sofia Bulgaria

Work Schedule:

Full-time with flexible shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Native or C2-level proficiency in Dutch.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems and tools.
