Job Summary
Were looking for an enthusiastic Solutions Consultant with fluent Czech and good English (B2) to join our international office in Sofia Bulgaria.
This is a full-time on-site role focusing on helping users with non-technical issues across major digital products like Play Store Google Pay Google for Families Books and Movies.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll be the friendly problem-solving voice for our Czech-speaking users! This involves:
- Handling customer inquiries and delivering solutions primarily through phone email and chat.
- Focusing on non-technical troubleshooting such as account access billing questions or guiding users on how to use features.
- Accurately documenting all interactions and following established protocols to ensure a smooth user experience.
If you have customer service experience thats great but its not required we will provide comprehensive training (3 weeks) and all the necessary equipment. Were looking for someone eager to learn and committed to excellence!
Your Schedule & Location
- Work Location: Our office in Sofia Bulgaria (This is an on-site position).
- Hours: You will work a rotational shift schedule between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (19:00) Monday through Sunday.
- Flexibility: Shifts can be 4 6 or 8 hours per day.
- Days Off: You get two rotating days off each week.
- Start Date: Get ready to begin on November 13th!
