Job Summary
Ready for an exciting job opportunity abroad We are looking for a Polish-Speaking Content Moderator to join our vibrant international team on-site in Sofia Bulgaria. This role is perfect if you are seeking a stable job in a dynamic city and want to contribute to a safer online world.
What Youll Be Doing
Your core mission is to safeguard our platform. You will thoroughly review and analyze user-submitted materialincluding text images and videosin Polish. You are the final decision-maker responsible for enforcing our complex global policies and taking appropriate action against harmful content (like hate speech graphic material or spam). Full extensive training is provided so while prior moderation or BPO experience is welcome it is absolutely not required!
Key Requirements
- Polish Fluency: You must be completely fluent in written and spoken Polish. This is non-negotiable.
- English Skills: You need at least B2 English proficiency to handle training understand detailed policies and communicate internally.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail sound judgment and the maturity to handle sensitive and challenging content are essential.
Work Setup and Schedule
- Location: This job is on-site at our modern office in Sofia.
- Schedule: You will work rotative 8-hour shifts that cover our 24/7 operations meaning shifts fall between 00:00 and 00:00 Monday through Sunday.
- Time Off: You will receive two rotative days off per week.
- Equipment: Dont worry about gearall necessary work tools and equipment are provided by the company.
