Job Description
We are looking for a Tiffs Treats Delivery Driver to take on a brand new role -Treats Truck Shift Leader in Richardsonto assist our Marketing team with event needs as well as to help fill key operational roles in our Austin stores including helping in the kitchen and as a delivery driver as needed.
This is a part-time position and will pay$18 / hr ( tips!)when operating the Treats Truck. The role will supplement other roles at Tiffs Treats such as Delivery Driver Kitchen or ODM (where applicable).
MUST be available for weekday evening and weekends to help in stores as well as driving the new Treats Truck between cities across the district for marketing events.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving the Treats Truck to and from events in the district. Driving between cities as well as long-haul travel trips to other districts may be needed on occasion. (Ex: Travel from Charlotte to Nashville or Atlanta to Charlotte.)
- Assist in organizing and managing Treats Truck marketing events offsite (may include: scheduling organizing materials ordering/making cookies for event customer interaction setup/clean-up driving the Treats Truck to and from events)
- Operational support as needed (in-store help on busy days as Kitchen or Delivery Driver)
- Sampling to potential new customers
- Lead generation follow up management
- Assist with correspondence regarding marketing/donation requests from customers
- Helping stores in the Southeast district with whatever is needed including filling open shifts and helping on busy days and holidays
- Helping organize/move store inventory as needed
Expectations:
- Must lead-by-example and be a leader to current staff must LIVE Tiffs Treats Top 5
- Must protect the brand every day in-store and out-of-store with integrity and professionalism
- Must be willing to do anything you are trained to do that Tiffs Treats needs someone to do in marketing special events and may include but not limited to working in-store working a Festival Sampling Event or grand opening and working a Tiffwich Party.
- Must have a flexible schedule - This is not a 9-5 M-F job. Day-time Night-Time and weekend shifts and events should be expected. Marketing schedules can fluctuate based on events/store needs
- Expected to work at any store in one of cities in Charlotte Nashville or Atlanta as well as off-site Festivals and Events
- Expected to put operations first without dropping the ball on marketing tasks
- During busy months like December you may be primarily scheduled for in-store work with the addition of smaller marketing tasks as operations take priority during this time
Position Requirements:
- Must have a safe and clean driving record and be comfortable driving out of state. (Driving record and habits will be monitored frequently throughout employment.)
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work and possess a valid drivers license and insurance for regular delivery driver role in stores.
- Availability for part-time hours Mon-Friday and weekends nights and days
- Must have a friendly professional and very outgoing personality
- Must have some background in Excel and/or similar spreadsheet software
- Must possess outstanding communication skills and ability to professionally correspond with customers vendors and management
- Previous marketing and event experience is strongly preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Operating a large heavy commercial motor vehicle
- Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and follow and obey all traffic laws
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Constant standing and/or walking often in and out of extreme heat/cold/rain etc
- Must be able to ascend/descend stairs while carryingup to 50 lbs
- Occasional stooping/lifting/pushing/pulling/kneeling etc up to 50 lbs
- Ability to occasionally bend twist reach and lift items up to 50 lbs
- Occasional repetitive motion of the wrists/arms
- Ability to follow written and verbal detailed instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment
