JOB TITLE: Advanced Composite Technician I - 2nd Shift
LOCATION: Savannah GA
PAY RATE: $21.21/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:
-
Manufacture composite aircraft parts to meet specifications in a team-oriented environment.
-
Meet required manufacturing competency standards as outlined in the Employee Effectiveness Review.
-
Read and interpret work orders blueprints lofts sketches and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations.
-
Inspect work to ensure defect-free assemblies prior to inspection.
-
Maintain accurate logs and records (e.g. MIR sheets DMTs Crabs PCOs DR/DI).
-
Keep work area neat and organized; support FOD prevention 5S initiatives and safety regulations.

Participate in Lean activities.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
Basic computer skills.
-
Minimum 1 year of related composite experience.
-
Ability to work with composite resins and materials.
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and a 6 scale.

Must meet the physical requirements of the position.

Must be able to work any shift.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
