As this vacancy has limited funding the maximum salary that can be offered is Grade 7 salary 37174

Background
Birmingham Pathfinder is a service that offers support to families with children who face serious interconnected social service operates within Schools and the wider community to assist families to navigate and connect to services that often prove difficult to access and support them to remain connected to these services. The Pathfinder service is based on a trauma-informed relational adaptive and strengths-based approach.
As part of the Birmingham Pathfinder (BP) Awardfully funded by the JABSS Foundationthe University of Birmingham is undertaking a comprehensive three-year mixed-methods evaluation. The evaluation will include a match group trial as well as qualitative interviews to map the service ecosystem in which Pathfinder sits. As part of the project the Research Group will develop assessment tools that will inform the practice of Pathfinder workers and will be used to collect outcome data for the evaluation. At specific stages of the project the postholder will spend part of their working week embedded within The Pathfinder Service.
