- Load and prep equipment for jobs; maintain tools vehicles and supplies
- Set up work areas and assist in restoring damaged homes and businesses
- Follow production guidelines and communicate clearly with your crew chief
- Ensure the job site is left clean and safe at the end of each day
- Maintain safety standards at all timeson the job in the shop and on the road
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs with assistance
- Willingness to work in confined spaces climb ladders and get your hands dirty
- Valid drivers license and clean background check
- Flexibility to travel locally or out of state when needed
