Office Administration Lead Technical Center Automotive Business
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks support staff and maintain a productive work environment.
Key responsibilities (or What you can expect in the role)
Office Management: Maintain office efficiency by organizing workflows supplies and facilities. Actively manage and lead the office space designing and set up.
Administrative Support: Assist executives with scheduling travel arrangements and correspondence.
Financial Tasks: Handle bookkeeping expense tracking and budget preparation.
HR Assistance: Support onboarding and assist with employee engagement.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain accurate records.
Vendor management Managing multiple vendors for housekeeping canteen and transportation and any other.
Event / Visitors management Manage any kind of official events/ offsites within and outside office premises. Also visitor management i.e. hosting visitors and customers.
Requirements (or We expect you to have/be)
Proven experience of 10 years as an Office Administrator or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong organizational skills related to calendar management & travel arrangements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
