    Job Functions:
    We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist responsible for overseeing and improving the quality processes for both supplier components and vehicle production. The role focuses on quality assurance problem-solving and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing storage and after-sales phases.

    Your key responsibilities will be:

    1. Quality Target Planning

      • Develop and break down overall vehicle quality targets to ensure achievement of quality goals.

      2. Supplier Quality Management

      • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues in both externally sourced and in-house components.
      • Oversee quality performance of external suppliers and internal production sites.
      • Review and approve PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
      • Identify responsibility for quality issues related to KD (Knocked-Down) parts and drive timely resolution.

      3. Production Process Monitoring

      4. Vehicle Inspection and Evaluation

      5. After-Sales Quality Improvement

      • Collect and monitor key quality indicators across the four major production stages: stamping welding painting and final assembly ensuring process compliance and preventing quality escapes.
      • Lead issue resolution and ensure problem closure; identify responsible parties when necessary.
      • Define and communicate pre-delivery inspection standards for complete vehicles.
      • Establish standards for inbound and outbound vehicle inspections; conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet quality requirements prior to delivery.
      • Lead vehicle evaluations from the user perspective and organize regular improvement meetings to drive issue resolution.
      • Lead rapid response and resolution of after-sales quality issues to prevent impact on market performance and brand reputation.


      Your profile:


      1. More than 1 year of relevant work experience in quality control preferably in the automotive industry.

      2. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive issue closure.

      3. Data monitoring and analysis capabilities to drive continuous improvement.

      4. Familiarity with PPAP PDI standards and supplier quality processes.

      5. Excellent coordination and communication skills to collaborate across departments.

      6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian.
