Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate automation solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions for clients.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes proposals and technical documentation.
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms in alignment with company policies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends competitors and emerging technologies.
Attend trade shows exhibitions and networking events as needed.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Electronics Mechatronics or related field).
2 5 years of experience in sales preferably in industrial automation robotics or motion control systems.
Strong understanding of PLCs SCADA HMIs sensors robotic arms and automation systems.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
Willingness to travel as required
