The opportunity

• Varicent Sales and Performance Management suite Application Support Analyst
• Expected joining date: Immediate.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years experience

Your key responsibilities

• Participate in incident management P1 / P2 ticket analysis requirement analysis for enhancements.
• Investigate Varicent issues reported and provide fix as necessary.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Revise update refactor and debug code.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture external teams like Varicent support for base issues.
• Improve existing software.
• Develop change requests throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts and on-call support.

Skills and attributes for success

• 3 years experience in configuring Varicents Sales and Performance Management suite
• Commission and compensations configuration experience for life insurance and annuities products
• Familiarity with SPM batch setup underlying data model and integrations
• Strong understanding of software design principles
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs and single-page applications
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and reporting
• Proficiency in data analysis and report building using Varicent or similar tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience.
• Have exposure to working in shifts and on-call support.

To qualify for the role you must have

Strong in following technologies (minimum 3-year hands on experience on the below mentioned tech stack).

• Familiar to React
• Familiar to Redu
• Familiar
• Familiar to TypeScript
• Familiar to REST API
