We are looking for a passionate and experiencedCRM TrainerEMEA to join our team in this role you will be responsible for developing and delivering clinical and technical training programs across the EMEA region. You will play a key role in supporting our Commercial Excellence & Education strategy ensuring that both internal teams and healthcare professionals are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding care.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute clinical and technical education programs tailored to the needs of field-based employees across EMEA

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions in various formats: in-person virtual group-based and one-on-one

  • Lead onboarding and certification programs for new hires to accelerate their integration and performance

  • Provide external training to healthcare professionals on Abbott CRM devices ensuring safe and effective use

  • Collaborate with regional education managers sales leaders and marketing teams to align training with business priorities and product strategies

  • Support product launches by designing and executing targeted training programs that reflect local market dynamics

  • Create and maintain high-quality training materials including presentations manuals e-learning modules and certification tools

  • Embed sales training elements into clinical and technical curricula to support commercial effectiveness

  • Organize and manage training events workshops and webinars across the region

  • Act as a lead trainer and mentor ensuring consistent delivery standards and supporting colleagues in the field

  • Monitor and report on training effectiveness using defined KPIs and feedback mechanisms

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abbott products technologies and industry trends and translate this knowledge into impactful training

  • Ensure compliance with internal certification standards and regulatory requirements

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs by incorporating innovative methods and learner feedback

  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals to enhance training relevance and impact

Your Profile

  • University degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a training-related role within a fast-paced international environment

  • Proven experience designing and delivering clinical and technical training programs both remotely and face-to-face

  • Experience in cardiology

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to motivate teach and inspire others

  • Self-starter with strong leadership qualities and a results-driven mindset

  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of LMS platforms digital learning and impact measurement is a plus

  • Prior sales or field experience is a strong asset

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

  • Willingness to travel across EMEA

  • Collaborative and able to work effectively across geographies and functions

  • Ethical with sound business acumen and critical judgment

  • Open-minded positive and adaptable to change

  • Naturally curious eager to learn and proactive

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships across functions and levels

  • Resilient under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
