What you will do
- You will be responsible for leading an Inclusive Employment Australia team within an Employment Service Area in the day-to-day management of Afford Services supporting clients employers external stakeholders and employees.
- You will drive outstanding performance ensuring that teams KPIs are met while producing sustainable employment outcomes for our clients.
- You will foster strong community partnerships to improve service delivery
- You will develop effective relationships within local communities potential employers and organisations to position Afford as a partner of choice
- You will foster and develop capable teams to ensure exceptional services are provided and targets are achieved
What you will bring
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications or less formal qualifications with extensive knowledge and experience in the Disability sector or Employment Services
- Experience leading multi-functional teams
- Demonstrated financial management experience and commitment to customer service
- Experience and commitment to driving outstanding performance ensuring that teams KPIs are met
- A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisation.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check and a C class drivers license along with an up-to-date COVID
- Passport Birth or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian Work Rights
- Willingness to complete a National & International Police Check (Paid by Afford)
