Position Overview
The Vice President of Event Management and Operations strategizes and executes mid and large-scale events for Morgan Stanley at Work. Reporting to the Head of Global Event Management and Operations this role is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of key initiatives required to plan and execute events in coordination with key stakeholders on content strategy production timelines deliverables and goals.
The candidate must possess superior communication skills thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven role. The ideal candidate excels in a team environment builds relationships is culturally astute and a resilient resourceful problem-solver.

The Vice President of Event Management and Operations will be responsible for Content and Speaker management for our annual Thrive conference Thrive Regional Forums and various Morgan Stanley at Work meetings.

Salary range for the position: $110000 - $130000/ Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
