Teaching and Learning Assistant
Location: Malton
Pay: 13.68 15.00 per hour
Flexible hours available

Theyre on the lookout for a caring proactive Teaching Assistant to join their team and make a genuine difference in the classroom.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting pupils learning development and confidence across the school day
- Working alongside class teachers to create a fun and engaging learning environment
- Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support
- Encouraging childrens independence and emotional wellbeing
- Helping pupils feel safe valued and empowered to succeed
- Building strong trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues
Were looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children (in school or similar settings)
- Brings a positive can-do attitude
- Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
- Is flexible patient and genuinely enjoys working with young people
