Were looking for ahighly organized quick-thinking Project Coordinator / Schedulerto join a busy site development contractor handling both residential and commercial projects in the DC metro area. What Youll Do:
- Field calls from site supervisors and builders to coordinate scheduling needs
- Ensure all necessary documents are in place utility tickets signed contracts work orders and printed plans
- Manage and update the daily whiteboard schedule for multiple active projects
- Balance logistics for2530 commercial projectsand3050 residential projectsin various stages
- Keep schedules running smoothly despite last-minute changes from builders and shifting priorities
- Work closely with field teams to make sure jobs are ready to start and stay on track
What Were Looking For:
- 23 years ofscheduling or project coordinationexperience (more is even better)
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in afast-paced high-pressure environment
- Familiarity withconstruction operationsand terminology
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to pivot quickly when plans change
- Thick skin and comfort working in a casual construction-office culture
Nice-to-Haves:
- Site development experience
- Knowledge of pipe machinery or utility construction terminology
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60K$85Kbase salarydepending on experience
