High Net Worth Assistant Account Manager / Account Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and professional individual to join a team as a Personal Lines High Net Worth Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager. This role involves working with high-net-worth accounts providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. Whether you are an experienced insurance professional or looking to grow your career in this field this position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Assistant Account Manager Level:

  • Process endorsement changes create proposals and summaries.
  • Follow up on claims and set up policies.
  • Handle filing respond to emails and inquiries and conduct research.
  • Perform back-end administrative tasks to support the team.

Account Manager Level:

  • Manage accounts from A-Z including remarketing underwriting and client advocacy.
  • Communicate with underwriters and attend client/prospect meetings as needed.
  • Conduct reviews with clients and prospects.
  • Quote new and renewal business.

Qualifications/Requirements

Assistant Account Manager:

  • Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience (middle market experience acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and writing skills with excellent grammar and email etiquette.
  • P&C license preferred.

Account Manager:

  • Approximately 5 years of insurance experience with at least 50% of the book of business in high-net-worth accounts.
  • Proficiency in AMS360 software.
  • P&C license required.
