What You Will Do
As our Workday Analyst youll enhance Workdays efficiency and functionality across our organization. Your role will encompass a diverse array of tasks from configuring and testing to tackling troubleshooting challenges. Youll have the chance to gain expertise in multiple modules support and configuration.
Work independently on technically advanced configuration projects with the ability to clearly communicate project status work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ask for support and guidance from the team when necessary
Consider end to end test scripts when working on new configuration and can utilize big picture thinking to plan new configuration effectively for a large organization and technical ecosystem
Supports global ticketing system which can include requests such as general troubleshooting and PX requests from global stakeholders
Assist with testing of new Workday functionality and regular Workday release updates
Replicates and verifies customer issues and escalates appropriately to the People Systems SMEs
Serve as project owner for new Workday initiatives including assistance with configuration data loads and testing
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HRIS systems and at least 2 years of technical Workday experience. Strong workday experience is required.
Experience in supporting a global ticketing system for PX systems and the ability to work with the multi-location multicultural global team is a must
Experience in Workday reporting and Integration support
Experience in any of the workday modules - Core HCM Compensation Recruiting and Talent Management
Experience in maintaining/creating documentation and effectively explaining requirements design development and testing
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work independently and perform against tight deadlines and multi-task effectively
