Job Description
We are looking for individuals who possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to build effective trust-based relationships with key partners inside and outside of Global Security. Some Supervisor duties may include:Supervise a shift of CSS Specialists to provide 24/7/365 security coverageTrain coach and mentor CSS SpecialistsConduct verbal and written performance evaluations of CSS SpecialistsManage communications for emergency and non-emergency calls-for-service through radio dispatch phone and email Respond in a timely manner to emergent events issues staffing deficiencies and other management requestsRespond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid CPR and AED as certifiedMonitor and maintain up to date and accurate timekeeping systems records and coordinate administrative schedulingEnsure personnel are provided with necessary equipment and equipment is accounted forProvide direction to employees in the field utilizing proper judgment to solve problems and to escalate matters which may negatively impact business continuity to the Field Security Lead
- 2 - 5 years of previous management supervisory or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Must possess (or be able to possess through training) and maintain BSIS PSO License
- Possess/maintain a valid California drivers license a safe driving record and maintain driving privileges per Apple policy
- Flexibility to work all shifts (nights weekends holidays) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
- Ability to think critically and see things from a broad perspective while working with a sense of purpose
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail including excellent time management
- Proven team leader and player with enthusiasm and a positive attitude with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- Demonstrates an understanding of and application of the concepts of teamwork results and innovation
- Must possess the ability to function in stressful situations while exercising good judgement
At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $41.06 and $62.16/hr and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
