Will analyze financial data prepare reports and assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities. This is an on-site position working remotely on occasion with CEO notification. | Essential Duties and Responsibilities | - Attends all assigned meetings as necessary.
- Adheres to all financial policies and procedures related to CARF and clinical licensure.
- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and yearly invoices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insight.
- Assist with monitoring of delinquent accounts and write offs.
- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain financial records in accordance with nonprofit accounting standards and funder requirements.
- Assist with budget tracking and reporting for grants programs and projects.
- Help prepare documentation for audits and financial reviews.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure accurate financial reporting for grants and contracts.
- Other duties as assigned.
| Education and Experience | Required bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. | Certificates Licenses and Registrations | - Current valid Kansas Drivers License.
