Role Description
Technical Skills
Strong experience providing operations and maintenance support of Oracle EBS Modules Order to cash or procurement to pay.
Should have knowledge on O2C and P2P cycles and should be able to test the flows independently.
Ability to support requirements gathering with end users conduct workshops develop requirements and design documents.
Experience investigating researching and resolving production issues and performing Root Cause Analysis.
Experience on Oracle Forms Reports Workflow SQL and PL/SQL. Experience on OAF customizations and personalization.
Experience on CEMLIs. Ability to develop test scenarios support unit testing and user acceptance testing.
Develop associated EBS documentation including but not limited to requirements design code testing and end user documents etc. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential and the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
Nice-to-have skills
Qualifications
At least 10 years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle EBS Applications including R12.
