Job Description

Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator
Milton Keynes Full-time Competitive Salary Benefits

Do you love organising helping others grow and making sure nothing falls through the cracks At Dawsongroup plc were looking for an L&D Coordinator wholl be the glue that keeps our learning and development (L&D) programmes running smoothly.

This is your chance to play a key role in bringing training to life supporting our teams to be their best and keeping our people-focused initiatives ticking along. If you enjoy variety love working with people and have an eye for detail youll feel right at home here.

What youll be doing:

  • Coordinatingand communicatingall L&D events (including our DGFutures development programmes).

  • Being the first port of call for training queries and e-learning requests.

  • Keeping our DGFutures/L&D SharePoint platform organised and up-to-date.

  • Managingthe administration of core training appraisals and personal development requests.

  • Working closely with managers to identify training needs and find creative learning solutions.

  • Helping design in-house e-learning modules and keeping training materials fresh and compliant.

  • Tracking monitoring and reporting on L&D activities always looking for ways to improve.

  • Supporting withHR admin tasks including new starters contract changes and annual reviews.

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting general People Services projects.

  • Visiting other Dawsongroup sites when needed to support the wider team (with expenses covered).

What were looking for:

  • Experience in Learning & Development HR or a similar coordination role.

  • Super organised with a keen eye for detail.

  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with people.

  • Comfortable juggling tasks and working independently.

  • Tech-savvy with experience managing HR systems and SharePoint (or similar platforms).

  • Proactive mindset - youll spot opportunities to make things better and run with them.
