Opportunity
We have a rewarding opportunity for a Landscape Tradesperson whos ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact.
This is a permanent full-time role offering consistent hours with the opportunity to work across a variety of established landscapes. Youll be part of a passionate supportive team that takes pride in keeping communities green vibrant and thriving.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the set-out and construction of hardscape structures including footpaths retaining walls and stone features bringing landscapes to life.
- Operate small plant and equipment to execute tasks efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Prepare and install turf trees shrubs and hedges shaping vibrant outdoor spaces.
- Install drainage systems fencing and essential infrastructure for subdivision projects.
- Ensure worksites are clean organised and operating smoothly with tools and equipment properly maintained.
- Strictly follow safety regulations and statutory requirements including Local Council and EPA guidelines.
- Lead and mentor Landscape Labourers sharing expertise and fostering a skilled motivated team.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- A Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture or solid hands-on experience (5 years)
- A reliable can-do attitude and the ability to work without someone watching over your shoulder
- Leadership qualities - youve got what it takes to guide others and get the job done
- Strong commitment to health safety environment and quality standards and practices
- Clear and effective communication
- White Card & valid Drivers Licence
