We are looking for aSenior Human Resources Managerwho is safety conscious and willing to grow the business. This is a role where you will working in a TEAM environment where safety comes first.
The Sr. Human Resources Manager is responsible for partnering with the local HR Managers and business leaders to ensure facility operations are adequately staffed while attaining high employee satisfaction and engagement. The incumbent is responsible for developing guiding and executing initiatives in the areas of culture change management talent assessment and development succession and performance management to drive high performance for a diverse workforce. This position is located at our Alexandria LA facility and will have oversight of at least two (2) additional facilities located in Tennessee and Ohio. Minimal travel will be required to support these facilities.
