About Us
Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our global Enablement team. Based in India this role plays a key part in coordinating and delivering high-quality programs and resources that support our go-to-market (GTM) teams.
This individual will collaborate closely with global stakeholders across time zones and help execute a variety of initiativesincluding training support onboarding logistics and product release readiness. The ideal candidate has strong project coordination skills enjoys working with cross-functional teams and brings a detail-oriented mindset to every task.
Who you are:
- 3years of experience in Enablement Program Coordination Learning & Development or a similar function.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment across time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a strong attention to detail and audience awareness.
- Familiarity with tools like Seismic Microsoft Zoom and Slack is a plus.
- Willingness to occasionally attend early morning or evening meetings to align with U.S. time zones as needed.
What youll be doing:
Program Coordination & Enablement Support
- Assist in planning and organizing enablement programs including live and virtual sessions.
- Support logistics such as scheduling calendar invites presenter coordination and follow-ups.
- Track attendance and feedback from participants to support continuous improvement.
- Help maintain enablement platforms and tools (e.g. Seismic Zoom Outlook).
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
- Support the execution of new hire onboarding programs across GTM teams.
- Coordinate sessions track attendance and help ensure a consistent experience.
- Act as a point of contact for new hires helping them navigate training resources.
- Occasionally co-host or assist with onboarding sessions to foster engagement.
Platform & Product Enablement Support
- Help coordinate updates and enablement for new platform features and product releases.
- Ensure training materials are up to date well-organized and accessible.
- Track enablement completion and share insights to support team readiness.
