Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist (hybrid)

This is your opportunity to support and optimize our enterprise-wide Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) by ensuring efficient operations excellent customer service and top-notch accuracy. Youll serve as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and vendor partners helping deliver a seamless experience for our non-employee workforce.

What Youll do:

• Be the face of the program: Manage the Contingent Workforce shared inbox and respond to phone email and chat inquiries with professionalism clarity and care.
• Support our tools: Provide first and second-level technical support for our Vendor Management System (VNDLY) and Human Capital Management system (Workday).
• Problem-solve with empathy: Research and resolve complex issues collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure operational excellence: Maintain current documentation identify and implement process improvements and take ownership of key workflows and procedures.
• Stay audit-ready: Perform recurring audits and generate compliance reports to ensure program accuracy and consistency.
• Drive a great experience: Lead vendor onboarding orientation coordination and support calls to ensure seamless integration of contingent workers.
• Handle transactions with precision: Execute HR administrative tasks in VNDLY and Workday especially around pre-boarding and onboarding processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Contingent Workforce or Human Resources operations.
• Familiarity with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and HCM platforms especially VNDLY and Workday.
• Comfort with documenting and maintaining processes for scalability and consistency.
