Shape the future as a Business Design Advisor
As a Business Design Advisor you will help shape the future of our organisation by enhancing and transforming business processes to drive strategic outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to embed business design thinking apply systems and critical thinking and harness emerging technologies - like AI and automation - to build a more agile efficient and customer-centric future.
We are looking for a trusted advisor and thought leader who can inspire meaningful change and deliver impactful outcomes.
What youll do
- Apply systems thinking to analyse current-state processes and design future-state models aligned with strategic goals
- Use structured techniques to map business capabilities processes roles and data
- Contribute to the development of roadmaps and maturity assessments ensuring alignment with strategy standards and financial goals
- Champion business design principles in decision-making forums and cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute to the co-design of target-state processes and change initiatives using consistent design practices
- Support business case development and ensure strategic alignment of projects
- Build stakeholder capability in analysis and process design fostering a culture of continuous improvement
What youll bring
- Proven experience (3 years) in continuous improvement process transformation and data-driven analysis
- Strong critical thinking and systems thinking capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Familiarity with Business Architecture frameworks and tools (e.g. capability mapping)
- Degree in Business Engineering or related field (or working towards one)
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Business analysis or project management credentials (desired)
