PROGRAM DETAILS
SPE INTERN:
Our Emerging Talent Programs which includes Interns Trainees and Finance Rotational Associates offer unique opportunities for students recent graduates and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies TV shows and other great experiences. These seasonal paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that builds on your experience and develops your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks real-world experience and many educational and social networking opportunities.
This Fall Internship is from September through December 12th(start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours/week in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.

Put simply we work with ourglobalmarketers and clients to find acreativesolution to any marketing challenge.
We have a producer mindset and bring our innate sense of urgency and considerable experience to bear on any production need big or small. You can find us on film and TV sets talent interviews massivecontentdays audience reaction screenings press junkets events and everything in between. Capturing assets to serve the needs of our film and TV marketing and sales lifecycle is a big part of our mandate and where it all begins.
Leveraging close proximity to our IP filmmakers and showrunners we strategize and executecreativesolutions with our captured or acquired assets ranging from; short vignettes and TV specials motion posters sizzle reels talent soundbites key art presentation decks TV spots VR/AR experiences branding packages social assets and much more. We scale to meet the needs of the business and work with top tier talent internally and externally to bring the highest standards to our work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ideatecreativecontentideas with the team for Sony Pictures films and TV shows.
Learn to clearly communicate your ideas through scripting.
Find ways to adaptcreativecontentacross film TV and digital spaces.
Findcreativefilm and TVcontentmarketing that stands out to you and learn process for executing
Assist team during production on set.
Assist team with production materials needed for shoots.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passion for film and TV
- Interest in marketing with emphasis in scripting editing production and post-production
- Experience with Microsoft Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Pursuing a Bachelors degree in a relevant field
The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including without limitation the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and if applicable the location of the position.Sony Pictures Entertainment is an equal opportunity employer.
