Job Description
Labcorp is recruiting a Salesforce IT Director for a dynamic team in Durham NC. This will be a hybrid based position in RTP.

Responsibilities
Lead the growth and support of Labcorps strategic Sales Cloud Service Cloud Health Cloud platforms.
Partner with other IT leaders to ensure that the Salesforce platforms are aligned with the companys broader technical strategies.
Manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators and provide hands on technical leadership.
Collaborate with multiple business leaders to ensure that the Salesforce platform supports their business objective.
Drive process automation and efficiency.
Ensure that these platforms are compliant with all security privacy and HIPAA requirements.
Required Experience and Skills
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies.
At least 8 years of experience with Salesforce technologies.
At least 4 years experience leading a Salesforce CRM team.
Experience with any two of Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Health Cloud.
Good understanding of Sales and Service business processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Salesforce developer / architect certifications highly preferred.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado Bitbucket and Jenkins
Education
Bachelors degree required preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
