Job Description
A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with six or more years of IP litigation experience preferably with trial exposure and a technical background in software computer science electrical or mechanical disciplines. This position is available in West Palm Beach and other major U.S. markets.
The role requires strong skills in research drafting pleadings and motions and managing discovery. Experience with hearings depositions and client interactions is preferred.
