Job Description
Newfound Area School District has an immediate opening for a full-time Facilities & Grounds Maintenance team member. This is a year-round fully benefited position working at all school locations in SAU # 4. Job Responsibilities/ExpectationsGrounds maintenance/repairs to include mowing weed whacking chainsaw work chipping brush cutting athletic field maintenance and snow removal (plow truck/sander)Experience operating and maintaining the grounds equipment including mowers saws/chipper tractor plow truck/sander. Ability to repair equipment is daily attendance/punctuality a must to ensure success of the facilities teamExtended hours will be required during the winter season for winter snow removal sanding and salting and other related tasks Excellent benefit package available to include health insurance PTO (sick/vacation/personal) and NH State Retirement. Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications
