Your Role
We are looking for an energetic and process-driven Controlling Specialist to join our Finance Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena Italy.
In this role you will support operations through proactive steering and control of the will act as a trustworthy Finance Business Partner and provide financial insight to help guide the Technogym strategy and enable business leaders to make the smartest short and long-term decisions.
Your Impact
- Focus on value creation
- Conduct variance analysis and reporting and business and profitability analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial and economic data
- Support the creation of business dashboards
- Report on and analyze sales and margins based on several analytical aspects
- Support the budgeting process
- Develop annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Assess and support the development of the areas operational plans
- Support Branches in preparing financial reports and oversee local accounting adjustments
About You
Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
- 3-5 years experience
- Bachelors/Masters Degree preferably in Economics/Business Administration
- English proficiency (minimum level required B2 CEFR)
- Previous experience in accounting management and knowledge of accounting management principles
- Knowledge of analytical accounting
- Experience in auditing
- Knowledge of SAP CO-PA
