Job Role:Floating Support Worker
Salary: 20188 per year (full-time equivalent 25235)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract type: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2026
Location: Somerset East & Somerset mainly Frome & Shepton Mallet

The Role:
As a Floating Support Worker youll provide vital practical and emotional support to vulnerable adults who are homeless at risk of homelessness or living in insecure housing.
Youll work closely with a small caseload of clients building strong relationships through face-to-face engagement breaking down barriers and helping them access safe stable accommodation. Every day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful difference in someones life.
This dynamic role offers variety flexibility and the chance to be part of a supportive team. Evening and occasional weekend work is required along with participation in an on-call rota but the impact youll make is truly life-changing.
