Oliver Wyman is seeking a People Experience Inclusion and Culture Project Manager to join our People Experience Team on an initial 12-month maternity contract basis.
People Experience (PE) is a critical performance enabler for our business.
As aPeople Experience Manager (Maternity Cover) you will play a pivotal role in shaping the day-to-day experiences of our colleagues across the globe. Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
Initiating scoping and delivering a portfolio of People Experience (PE) projects and programmes (including but not limited to activities that support working parents wellbeing colleague engagement and internal communications and marketing) demonstrating strong ownership mentality and proactivity from conception through execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Developing delivering and supporting strategic communications and engagement plans for key PE initiatives tailoring messaging style and approach to different levels of seniority and diverse audiences to achieve maximum impact.
Creating and implementing toolkits presentations and surveys to enhance colleague engagement and drive broad participation in PE programs.
Developing and tracking KPIs for all PE initiatives ensuring rigorous monitoring measurement and continuous improvement of project outcomes and colleague experiences.
Partnering proactively with regional teams and leadership providing actionable advice and insights and translating people experience leadership and culture concepts into clear recommendations and activities that drive results.
Carrying out other tasks as directed by the Line Manager to ensure effective delivery and development of the People Experience function.
Who we are looking for
A minimum of five years experience in global corporate firm ideally a consulting or professional services environment.
Demonstrable advanced project and programme management experience:
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects/programs simultaneously delivering results independently and on time in fast-paced environments.
Experience of scoping and launching projects from scratch tracking measuring and delivering on KPIs
A passion for inclusion diversity and cultural development!
Demonstrable high proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite for communications reporting and presentations.
Excel:Experience building and managing spreadsheets to track project progress conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights. Skilled at creating charts/dashboards to communicate key quantitative messages clearly.
Word:Experienced in drafting high-quality reports and communications using advanced formatting and document structuring to ensure clarity and professionalism.
PowerPoint:Accomplished slide writer able to develop clear visually engaging and persuasive presentations for both senior leadership and broad colleague audiences. Comfort using data visualisation tools to present complex ideas for impact.
Outlook:Skilled in efficient diary management meeting scheduling tracking event acceptance and preparing polished communications.
Experience in leveraging AI tools to optimize work and drive efficiencies.
Demonstrated commitment to advancing an inclusive high-performing values-led culture.
