QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to prioritize organize multi-task numerous complex administrative activities work collaboratively and manage time.
- Proficient in Windows Microsoft Suite Outlook 365 Google Drive; skilled in the use of graphics charts tables spreadsheets and word processing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant telephone personality.

Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support the Elementary Science Coordinator and the Elementary Math Coordinator.
- Place and receive telephone calls.
- Design and type correspondence and documents.
- Maintain appointment schedules and assist in the preparation of conferences teacher/liaison meetings workshops staff development etc.
- Assemble materials for various district level curriculum documents.
- Set-up and process all trainings through MyLearning.
- Set-up and maintain all budgets process time sheets and mileage forms for math and science curriculum coaches.
- Process purchase orders secure quotations for bids maintain and audit ledger sheets on Excel and Google.
- Order supplies using computerized distribution requisition form.
- Work with HR to process and set-up science tutors. Process all time sheets; maintain budgets and student attendance for science tutoring program.
- Work with HR to process and set-up math interventionists and extra duty for math teachers. Process all time sheets; maintain budgets and student attendance for math intervention program.
- Serve as the liaison between the elementary science coordinator SRC Nature Trails parents teachers and vendors.
- Process T-shirt orders for K-5 student Field Trips for science.
- Assist with the organization of the summer school program.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Elementary Science Coordinator and the Elementary Math Coordinator.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
