The General Manager Service Delivery (SD) will support Kyabras mission to contribute to the creation of fair safe and inclusive communities by providing and supporting management practices and activities that lead to the highest standard of service provision across all service areas.
This role will lead the Service Delivery team inclusive of all service area Managers and provide them with support and leadership in relation to line management and service delivery. This position will apply organisational principles and values towards the development and implementation of management practices and will work in partnership with service area Managers and staff to develop practices that meet internal and external requirements while providing high quality services.
This role will act as a key member of the Organisational Management Team and lead the Service Management Team while providing support in developing and driving the overall strategic direction of the organisation.
