• You will be instrumental in shaping our offering and ensuring LEAPs position as the best Personal Injury software solution in the UK market.
• Alongside the Head of Personal Injury you will identify opportunities for future development and content projects to enhance the end consumer experience developing and delivering new forms and precedents to improve usage engaging with customers and other stakeholders to source feedback and reporting KPIs to the team.
• Permanent Full-time Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

This is an opportunity for someone who feels passionately that these goals are possible through custom technology and AI. You will be an important member of a new Personal Injury vertical which LEAP have recently established and contribute significantly to building and delivering custom products and services to help practitioners working in personal injury. As a collaborator with a passion for all things tech or someone who constantly enjoys improvement and making things better youll join a team that includes Product Owners Developers and Specialists to create personal injury specific products.

Our Content team are the local regional and global professionals reassuring clients that our software isnt just cutting edge its world class too. Responsible for maintaining LEAPs global standards of care and expertise the team harnesses a deep and complex understanding of the intricacies of law across jurisdictions and over time ensuring LEAPs output is always current compliant and appropriate.

What youll do

• Research forms legislation and legal processes relevant to Personal Injury.
• Create update and deliver high quality automated legal forms and precedents for use by law firms.
• Use of dedicated automaton tools using the latest Microsoft technology to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with organisational standards.
• Utilise JavaScript to enhance the functionality and interactivity of our forms and precedents enabling dynamic content and customised user experiences (full training provided).
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure forms function correctly with the software validating data entry fields JavaScript elements and fixing any issues that arise.
• Develop and maintain an outstanding knowledge of LEAP & its companion products.
• Promote use of LEAP products & drive adoption in Personal Injury.
• Ensure LEAPs processes comply with up-to-date legislation within Personal Injury.
• Attend industry events to speak with existing customers and build strong relationships.

What youll bring

• 1-2 years experience working within Personal Injury.
• Very comfortable using Microsoft Word.
• Experience of case management systems and document automation systems would be advantageous.
• A passion for technology.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); skilled in dealing sensitively with clients.
• A strong attention to detail.
